With a primary focus on therapy, we assist returning patients to full physical functionality, while equipping them with ways to maintain their physical health. This includes Sports Chiropractic, specifically ART (Active Release Technique), Graston Technique, Motion Palpation, Activator Technique, Kinesiotaping and sports injury rehabilitation.

Dr. Lindsay Gallion, DC earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Kansas State University. She earned her doctorate from Cleveland Chiropractic College, graduating with honors. During her time at Cleveland, Dr. Gallion spent much of her time in post-graduate seminars for Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, Motion Palpation, Activator Technique, Kinesiotaping and sports injury rehabilitation. Prior to Russell Chiropractic & Sports Therapy, she served at KC Core and at a private practice in downtown Kansas City. Her clinical focus is on the treatment of soft tissue injuries through myofascial release, improving body biomechanics, and correcting muscle imbalance.
